To try and reduce the time patients are experiencing waiting at the practice, some GP's at the practice are offering check in times rather than appointment times. At the time of your appointment please call the practice to be checked in or check in via the AMS APP. Reception will provide an arrival time. This will not affect your place in the queue. This will give patients the opportunity to continue their everyday tasks while waiting to be seen by the doctor.
We will continue to monitor wait times at the practice and may from time to time implement changes.
